Tamar Media has been growing exponentially! Growth always comes with challenges to overcome — such as client/staff communication. Over the last month, we have implemented some tools that will allow our clients and future clients to reach us more effectively during the course of their project.
Our phone system has been upgraded to get your phone call to the right person without having to navigate through a menu of 10 options! If you need Technical Support for a problem with your website, your call will be routed directly. If it’s after our business hours, you can leave a voice message or send a message through your Client Portal.
In your Client Portal, you’ll be able to view the progress on your project, interact with the messaging system with staff, see milestones, tasks, documents and engage in discussion with the staff. There’s no need to make a phone call to get a status. Your Search Engine Optimization (SEO) dashboard will also be readily available to you to view tasks that are being performed, statistics on your ranking and to leave comments for the staff concerning your SEO.
